Madala vererõhu rõõmud/The joys of low blood pressure

Madal vererõhk on põnev. Küsisin kunagi perearsti õe käest, kas on piir, millest alates on tegemist liiga madala rõhuga. Ei ole, niikaua kui rõhk on olemas, on kõik ok :)
Minul on madal vererõhk olnud niikaua kui tean. Arsti juures on süstoolne veidi kõrgem, ärevus ja kõik see :) Olen harjunud oma 84/48. Järsku püsti tõusmine on huvitav. Väsimus.
Füüsiline koormus tõstab vererõhku, aga seda koormuse ajal. Pikas plaanis treenitus aitab sellel madal püsida. Pärast iga raskemat treeningut on õhtuks rõhk madal.
Eile tundsin pearinglust (seda aeg-ajalt juhtub ja pole midagi üllatavat). No aga ei tahtnud kuidagi üle minna. Mõõtes oli 74/38. Ega midagi, naudin niikaua kui madal püsib :)

Low blood pressure makes life interesting. I once asked my doctor if there is a limit that states that the pressure is too low. No. As long as I have a blood pressure, it is fine she said :) 
I have had low blood pressure as long as I can remember. When visiting a doctor, the systolic reading is a bit higher due to anxiety. I am used to my usual 84/48 (give or take some digits). Rising suddenly after sitting is interesting. Tiredness is usual. 
Physical activity raises blood pressure, but only during the activity. But it acutally lowers it in the longer outcom. After every harder workout I am guaranteed for it to be very low. 
Yesterday I felt lightheadedness (this happens time from time and is nothing surprising). This time it didn`t want to pass. Obvious. The reading stated 74/38. Oh well, guess I`ll enjoy as long it stays low :)
