Päev algas 12st, uste taga pikk järjekord. Saku Suurhallis oli pealava ning samaaegselt eraldi treeningud väiksemates saalides, kuhu pidi kohapeal eraldi registreeruma. Mina kui suhteliselt aeroobikavõõras (täpsustan, erinevate aeroobikastiilide võõras) inimene otsustasin jääda peasaali.

N+TC Get Your Sweat On oli üldisem soojendus.
BodyCombatis olen enne käinud, see meeldis. Võitluslik aeroobika. Lõbus.
Faisal Abdalla Drop It Like It`s Hot oli vägev. Vägevalt raske, nõudis jõudu ja korralikku pingutamist.
TAUFF Hit oli paaristreening, kuna olin üksi pidin leidma paarilise. Õnneks oli minusuguseid natuke veel. Harjutused nõudsid koostööd, vastupidavust.
Dance Aerobic oli kahjuks ainuke trenn, mis mulle ei meeldinud. Ju ma ei ole nii võimekas aga minule tõesti käis see kava üle jõu ja ma ei suutnud sammu pidada ega uusi liigutusi meelde jätta. Mitte minu jaoks.
Intense Core Yoga näo oli tegemist nagu nimigi ütleb joogaga.
Metabolic Mayhem jagas meid nelja gruppi ja sisaldas muuhulgas ringtreeningut. Aga ei puudunud vastupidavus ja jõud. Faisal Abdallaga ühines Rory Knight.
Kõige rohkem meeldisidki Faisal Abdalla ja Rory Knighti juhitud treeningud.
5 tundi ja 1400 kalorti (mitte, et ma kaloreid loeksin :D )

The day in Saku Suuhall began at noon. There was a main stage and smaller rooms for different training styles for which people had to register separately if they wanted to participate. As I am not that at home with aerobic styles, I decided to stick to the main arena.

N+TC Get Your Sweat On was a general warm-up.
I have been to BodyCombat training, so this one I knew. Fighting to music. Fun.
Faisal Abdalla`s Drop It Like It`s Hot was amazing. Amazingly hard. It requred strenght and real effort.

Dance Aerobic was the only traning that I disliked. I guess I am not that skilled. But I really couldn`t keep up with the fast pace, new steps. Not for me.
Intense Core Yoga was as the name says - yoga.
Metabolic Mayhem divided us into four gropus and included circuit training among other things. Endurance and strength. Faisal Abdalla was joined by Rory Knight.
I enjoyed Faisal Abdalla and Rory Knight`s trainings the most.
5 hours and 1400 calories (not that I counted these :D )
